Klientka váži približne 50 kg a meria 158 cm. Prekonala dve mozgové príhody, následkom čoho je ochrnutá na ľavú stranu. Pohybuje sa pomocou invalidného vozíka. Po mentálnej stránke je úplne v poriadku a orientovaná, má však celkovú stareckú slabosť.
Potrebuje pomoc a podporu v každodennom živote. Ráno je potrebná pomoc pri vstávaní a presune na vozík. Seniorka vie pri presune spolupracovať – napríklad podať ruku. K dispozícii je polohovateľná opatrovateľská posteľ.
Opatrovateľka bude pomáhať pri obliekaní a vyzliekaní, pri návšteve toalety podľa potreby a kompletne pri osobnej hygiene (základná hygiena, umývanie vlasov a starostlivosť o telo). Nočná starostlivosť nie je potrebná.
Medzi povinnosti patrí príprava jedál, nakupovanie, upratovanie a starostlivosť o bielizeň. Obchody sú dostupné pešo v priebehu niekoľkých minút.
