We are looking for a caregiver for a married couple, an 81-year-old woman and an 83-year-old man, who live in Oberkotzau in a house with a large garden (3000 m²). The caregiver should be willing to assist both seniors with daily activities, as each has different needs.
The senior woman suffers from dementia, Parkinson's disease, and general age-related weakness. She is mobile within the house but needs help with activities of daily living, such as support with showering, dressing, meal preparation, shopping (using a car), joint walks, and visits to various places, such as doctors or hairdressers. The senior man has heart failure and also experiences general weakness. He had a stroke years ago but without lasting effects. He is also mobile in the house and requires assistance with daily activities, similar to the woman.
The caregiver should be able to accompany the seniors on walks, ensure transportation to necessary places (physiotherapy, doctors, shopping), help with meal preparation, provide companionship, and perform regular household chores. The caregiver may bring their pets, as the family is pet-friendly. A room with basic amenities (bathroom, living room, bedroom) is available, but there is no private kitchen.
Free time can be arranged with the family. The caregiver can utilize their free time daily, with flexibility expected. Requirements for a driver's license and the ability to drive a car (SUV with reverse gear) are important for the need to provide transportation to various locations. The caregiver should be kind, empathetic, and interested in animals.

Caregiving for an elderly couple (senior woman: 158 cm, 50 kg; senior man: 175 cm, 75 kg). The 89-year-old senior woman suffers from dementia, is calm, sleeps a lot, is forgetful, and neglects personal hygiene and changing into clean clothes. She is independent in walking, dressing, hygiene, and using the toilet, mainly needing supervision and reminders for daily activities. The 96-year-old senior man is mentally oriented, suffers from back pain, and is physically weakened. He moves with the help of a walker, spends most of his time in bed, and requires assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and occasionally with toilet visits. Job responsibilities include meal preparation, household management, cleaning, laundry, and general care for both seniors. The family handles shopping. At night, it is necessary to get up 1× to assist the senior man with a toilet visit. Lifting is not required, only light support is needed, and an adjustable bed is available. A caregiver is sought for a 92-year-old lady (62 kg, 160 cm) who lives alone in the town of Geretsried (Postal Code 82538) and moves with the aid of a walker. She is mentally completely sound, not incontinent, and only has common age-related difficulties with an increased risk of falling.
The lady is mostly independent but needs assistance in daily life – with hygiene, dressing, household management, and meal preparation. The caregiver's duties include cooking fresh meals, laundry, ironing, maintaining household cleanliness, and shopping (approximately 10 minutes by car). The caregiver should accompany her to the doctor or on walks, engage in simple conversations, spend time with her playing social games, watching television, or during visits with acquaintances and shared coffee breaks.
Nights are usually peaceful, with only rare occasions requiring assistance to the bathroom.
Accommodation is provided in a separate room (approx. 15 m²) with a bed, wardrobe, table, and television. Internet is being installed. The house is located on the 5th floor with an elevator.
A driver's license and active driving are required – an automatic car is available. Smoking is permitted only outside the apartment, with a preference for non-smokers. The caregiver may bring their pet. Time off can be arranged with the family, who live nearby and assist when needed.

Caregiving for an 85-year-old senior in the 90429 Nürnberg area (168 cm, 85 kg). Intermediate knowledge of the German language and a warm approach are required. A driver's license is not required. Smoking is allowed exclusively outside the apartment (maximum 3–4 cigarettes per day), and there are no pets in the home environment.
Senior's Diagnoses: The senior suffers from moderately advanced dementia/Alzheimer's, general age-related weakness, and high blood pressure. He is able to communicate and express his wishes. Job Responsibilities: The job responsibilities include complete household management, meal preparation, laundry, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing regular medication intake. It is important to actively accompany the senior throughout the day, provide motivation, dine together, and offer companionship. A friend lives in the house and visits, so hospitality and possibly cooking meals for her are required. Lifting the patient and night work are not necessary.
Accommodation: Accommodation is provided in a three-room apartment on the elevated ground floor, where the senior lives alone. The caregiver has access to a newly renovated and furnished guest room measuring 18 m² with internet access (Wi-Fi). Caregiving for an 84-year-old female senior (45 kg, 163 cm) and an 88-year-old male senior (60 kg, 168 cm) involves caring for a married couple diagnosed with dementia. The female senior is physically weaker, moves slowly but independently, and requires assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and partial guidance due to impaired memory and occasional paranoia. The male senior is very physically active, still drives a car, suffers from incontinence for which he uses pads, and has early-stage dementia with occasional disorientation.
Job responsibilities include managing the entire household, preparing breakfast and dinner, as lunch is provided by delivery service. The caregiver is responsible for shopping, with stores accessible on foot. Medical tasks, such as wound care on the female senior's legs and administering medication, are handled by an external nursing service. Night assistance is not required, as both seniors use the toilet independently at night.
A room is prepared for the caregiver in the family house, where internet access will be provided via a mobile surf stick. Free time is available by arrangement with the family.
