We are seeking an empathetic and experienced caregiver for a 65-year-old senior woman in Rheinau (77866). The senior is recovering from surgery and rehabilitation, having overcome a pulmonary embolism and brain tumor removal. She is fully oriented, communicative, and friendly. Currently, she is immobile, predominantly bedridden, and requires complete assistance with hygiene, dressing, incontinence care, and transfers to a wheelchair/chair. All necessary aids are available (adjustable bed, wheelchair, lifting device, toilet chair).
The caregiver's responsibilities include caring for the senior, meal preparation, light household tasks, providing companionship, and support in daily activities. Medication and medical matters are managed by her husband, who actively assists with care. Night assistance is needed approximately 1× per night, often handled by the husband.
The senior lives in a family house with her husband and son, who are supportive. The caregiver has access to a room and internet. Free time is negotiable, with more options especially on weekends.

Caregiving for a 72-year-old senior (55 kg, 160 cm) who suffers from Alzheimer's dementia and is currently recovering from a fracture as part of geriatric rehabilitation. The senior is significantly disoriented, has difficulty expressing herself, and requires a lot of patience, a calm approach, and clear communication. Physically, she is capable of performing most tasks on her own but needs guidance and reminders throughout the day.
The main responsibilities include assistance with daily activities—guidance with hygiene, showering, dressing, and toileting. The caregiver must calmly explain each step to the senior and ensure she completes the necessary tasks. It is important to monitor adequate fluid intake, as the senior tends to drink little. She manages meals independently. Monitoring medication intake is also necessary (medications for blood pressure, calming, and melatonin).
Due to the fracture, she currently uses a wheelchair and cannot put weight on her leg. Improvement in mobility is expected after rehabilitation. Walks are possible with the wheelchair. Light assistance and support are needed during transfers. The family lives nearby; her husband resides in the household and is independent, actively assisting with household tasks. A cleaning service visits 2× weekly.
Night work is not required, except occasionally depending on the current health condition.
The caregiver resides in a family house in 51069 Köln. A separate part of the house is available—an entire floor with a private bathroom and internet. Shops are accessible on foot. Time off is possible by arrangement.

Caregiving for an 84-year-old senior (72 kg, 168 cm) who suffers from mild dementia, incontinence, and diabetic foot syndrome. The senior is mostly oriented and calm, but occasionally becomes confused and forgetful. Communication is good, and he enjoys conversation. Due to health issues with his feet, some toes have been amputated, and he is awaiting further heel surgery. He moves around the house with a rollator and requires supervision and motivation when walking. For longer walks, he uses a wheelchair.
The main responsibilities include assistance with daily care activities—morning rising, hygiene, dressing, toilet assistance, and monitoring of incontinence aids. The caregiver should be nearby as a contact person, provide companionship, and encourage activity. It is advisable to motivate him to move and practice walking as much as possible. The senior enjoys spending time watching TV, reading newspapers, and being outdoors.
The senior's wife lives with him and manages most of the household tasks herself but needs relief with routine chores such as cleaning, laundry, and household assistance. No heavy physical labor is required, though light assistance may be needed during transfers. An elevated toilet seat and stair lift are available.
Night work is not required. The senior usually sleeps through the night, using a urinal or incontinence aids.
The caregiver resides in a family home in Munich (81245 München). A furnished guest room, internet, and various accommodation options are available by agreement. Pets are welcome in the household. Time off can be arranged by agreement.

Caregiving for an Elderly Couple in Meckenheim (53340). The senior gentleman is 95 years old, bedridden, suffers from heart failure, and is on medication. The senior lady is 88 years old, also bedridden, and is in palliative care for an oncological condition. Hygiene is managed once a day by a caregiving service. The job responsibilities include assistance with daily care, meal provision, help with hygiene, dressing, and toileting, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Spending time with the senior lady is encouraged, such as playing board or memory games. Since both clients are bedridden, no transfers are performed.

Caregiving for an 89-year-old senior (52 kg, 155 cm) in Geilenkirchen (52511), who suffers from advanced dementia. She is physically in good condition, moves with a walker, can walk at home without it, and a stair lift is available in the house. She is forgetful and has difficulty expressing herself, but nighttime assistance is not required as she sleeps approximately 12 hours at night.
The job responsibilities include assistance with hygiene, dressing, and toileting, showering on Tuesday and Friday, morning rising, and evening bedtime routines. The caregiver manages the household—cooking, cleaning, laundry, changing bed linens, and preparing meals cut into small pieces. Together with the senior, the caregiver goes shopping, while larger shopping trips are handled by the daughter. A bicycle is available, and the store is approximately 2 km away. Wednesdays are spent by the senior at a day care center, providing the caregiver with more free time. They are seeking a caregiver with experience in dementia care.
The caregiver resides in a furnished room in an older country house with a yard, equipped with Wi-Fi, a television, heating, and a new shower. Dogs only visit occasionally. Time off is possible by arrangement with the family, regularly during the senior's afternoon rest and during family visits.

Caregiving for an Elderly Couple in Würselen (52146). The female senior is 88 years old (48 kg, 160 cm), suffers from dementia, arthrosis, and is wheelchair-bound after a pulmonary embolism. She is incontinent, nearly blind (has only tunnel vision after a stroke), still recognizes people but is disoriented in time and space. The male senior is 92 years old, is nearly deaf, suffers from severe arthrosis, and uses a cane. He is independent, still drives and shops, only occasionally needs reminders to change clothes. No night work is required.
The job involves complete care for the female senior – assistance with hygiene, dressing, toileting, transfers, household management, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. The male senior only requires help with household tasks and general companionship. The family lives outside the home but regularly visits to help, especially with the garden. It is a great advantage if the caregiver enjoys gardening.
The caregiver resides in the family house in a private furnished room with TV, Wi-Fi, and internet. Time off is possible by arrangement with the family. We are looking for a caregiver with intermediate German language skills and an empathetic approach.
